Positive: The hotel has a nice grand feeling from the moment you enter. Our room was a good size, the bathroom excellent, the digital shower was a little tricky to operate but once going was good. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff were all brilliant. We also had room service and again I couldn't fault it, it was quick and the food was very nice.
Negative: The TV had options for smart features like casting and Youtube but the network aspect wasn't working, it also had an issue with channels but we eventually resolved that with the aerial cable not being fully inserted in the back of the tv.
Summary: An excellent hotel, really enjoyed our stay here.
